Position Summary

MCI Mortgage is seeking a Top Producing Loan Officer ready to scale production and income with one of the most powerful platforms in the industry. With elite leads, exclusive builder partnerships, and access to nearly every loan product in the market, this role is built for closers who thrive in fast-paced environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and close high-volume purchase and refinance loans.
• Work directly with Megatel Homes buyers and referral partners.
• Convert live transfer and program-generated leads into closed loans.
• Deliver an outstanding borrower experience from application to closing.
• Leverage MCI’s expansive product suite to solve complex borrower scenarios.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a top-producing Loan Officer.
• Strong purchase loan experience preferred.
• Active NMLS license.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, call-center environment.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and income-driven.
