Our Tenneco Bucharest Global Business Center will accommodate a new Information Technology Hub and we can’t await to have you on board to shift the way we do business!</p> <p align="center"> </p> <p>Key responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Implements, maintains, and integrates the corporate Telephony and Support Project Execution, partners with Enterprise, Security and Regional Services IT teams and external service providers, utilizing tools and following IT Standards and Procedures. </li> <li>Leads operations and service delivery teams. </li> <li>Develops metrics and performed analysis of problems to find root cause of delays / issues to continuously improve related processes and procedures. </li> <li>Performs effective Vendor Service Management </li> <li>Develops, executes, and maintains Governance Meeting</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What will make you successful:</p> <ul> <li>4-year University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. </li> <li>10 years of relevant experience working in supporting  Telephony environment and leadership experience</li> <li>Certificate Preferred: ITIL, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP, CCIE </li> <li>Experience working on project to migrate from legacy TDM technology to SIP services. </li> <li>Knowledge of Avaya, Alcatel PBXs and migration to IPT solution. </li> <li>Experience working with cross functional teams and IT leadership to implement solutions. </li> <li>Experience in related Collaboration, Unified Communication design and implementation with Cisco and Microsoft Teams telephony solution, SBC, and SIP integration</li> <li>Experience supporting Cisco (UCCX) and other Contact Center solutions. </li> <li>Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft TEAMs telephony solution, SBC, and SIP integration</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Reasons to join our team:</p> <ul> <li>Have the opportunity to gain meaningful business overview while collaborating with various functions from all around the globe.</li> <li>Range set of benefits to foster your personal and professional wellbeing and career growth.</li> </ul> <p>​​​​​​​#LI-AG</p>
