Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for ensuring accuracy of daily picking, packing, and shipping of product. They are also, responsible for ensuring correct inventory transactions and movement of product. Finally, the Warehouse Worker should always be monitoring and ensuring a safe work environment.

-Work with Supply Chain Manager and HSE Manager to ensure a safe work environment.
-Train associates (production and warehouse) in cycle count process and inventory transactions.
-Audit outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and identify potential discrepancies.
-Problem solve root cause of inventory errors.
-Participate actively in preparation for inventories and active participation during inventory.
-Ensure 5S throughout warehouse

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree

  • High level of commitment and flexibility

  • Willingness and ability to work shifts

  • Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Ability to lift at least 20lbs

  • Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

  • Must be able to work 10:30am to 7:00pm

Pay Rate: $17.80 per hour

Shift Differential: $0.50 per hour
