Nemours is seeking an Analytics and Insights Specialist to join our Nemours Children’s Health team in Wilmington, DE. This can be a hybrid/remote position.
Nemours Children’s Health Digital Analytics team is growing and seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist. The role will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic marketing decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, proficiency in data visualization tools, a knack for bringing disparate data sources together and a passion for uncovering trends that influence marketing effectiveness and user experience. You will be sharing insights to leadership across the organization and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferably based in Delaware, we are open to hybrid or remote workers, but the candidate is expected to work east coast hours
- Collect, analyze, and interpret digital and marketing data from various sources to generate insights on campaign performance and customer behavior.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and support data-driven decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Create beautiful, impactful presentations to communicate insights to leaders across the enterprise.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and implementing quality control measures.
- Utilize SQL to make connections to internal data warehouses, specifically in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of analytics experience creating, reporting and identifying insights is required; 7+ years is preferred.
- Experience with two or more of the following platforms is required: SQL, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama), or PowerPoint
- Experience in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and PowerBI is preferred
