About Vantive Technology 

Vantive Technology (aka “Vantive”) is a stealth incubation within the Red Cell Partners’ ecosystem. As a pre-seed start-up, we are looking for skilled, highly motivated, and agile individuals to join our team at the foundational level. 

Vantive is a scenario planning and course of action engine for 21st-century supply chains. It integrates seamlessly with existing systems (e.g. ERPs, PLMs, and MES), enabling predictive modeling across tiers, geographies, and time horizons.  

Our platform goes beyond visibility, simulating degradation; quantifying tradeoffs for cost, time, and mission impact; and generating actionable plans aligned with users' objectives. Where others stop at visibility, Vantive delivers the optionality to anticipate, model, and act before disruptions cascade. 

Founding Full Stack Engineer 

As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you’ll help design and build the foundational software stack and platform solution for our first customers, working closely with a lean, high-ownership team.  

We are currently building with a modern stack that includes React + TypeScript, Python/Node.js APIs, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, and a focus on secure, scalable, cloud-and AI-native architecture.   

Responsibilities 

• Define and own the frontend of our applications 
• Develop responsive, mobile-friendly, and accessible web applications using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and seamless integration with RESTful APIs and back-end services. 
• Optimize front-end architecture for performance, scalability, and maintainability, leveraging best practices to deliver high-quality user experiences across devices and platforms. 
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and services to enable seamless integration with various applications and third-party platforms. 
• Ensure the security and scalability of frontend and backend systems, implementing best practices for data governance and access control.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, and develop and shape the initial codebase. 
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.   

 

Required Experience and Skills 

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a significant portion in full stack roles. 
• Expertise in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, Flowbite, or Tailwind. 
• Proficiency in back-end languages and frameworks including Node.js, Python, Java, or Go. 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). 
• Passionate about creating simple and intuitive user experiences that resonate with users 
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability; able to drive projects forward independently, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and proactively tackle challenges to improve processes. 
• Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and to apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team. 
• Knowledge of security best practices and the ability to implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data.
