Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist
Advanced Technology Leaders has an immediate opening for those ready for an exciting and dynamic career as a QA Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products and services. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Confirm application specifications and provide feedback for remedial action.
- Create, manage, and execute test plans.
- Develop test plans to address specifications and requirements.
- Validate specifications and requirements for testability.
- Perform developmental testing on systems under development.
- Test, evaluate, and verify hardware and software to determine compliance with defined specifications and requirements.
- Track bug reports and fixes.
- Plan and execute change component of software applications with minimal disruption.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ten (10) or more years of documented experience
- Knowledge of systems testing and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Test & Evaluation (T &E) processes
- Skill in writing test plans
- Skill in designing and documenting overall program T & E strategies
- Skill in preparing T & E reports
- Ability to analyze test data
- Ability to translate data and test results into evaluative conclusions
- Ability to collect, verify, and validate test data
- Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Travel: Minimal travel for corporate support may occur for this position.
