The Role

The AGT Commercial Excellence Function is focused on building and scaling operating models and capabilities that drive productivity and performance across Sales and Customer Success teams in all GTM segments – LE, MM, GPS, PS, WS.

As a Sr. Lead, Commercial Excellence, you will play a critical role in supporting and executing high-impact initiatives that align with AGT’s three-year strategic plan. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution. You will work cross-functionally to help design, implement, and optimize new processes and capabilities that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

The Main Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, from problem framing and analysis through execution and impact tracking.
• Apply strategic frameworks and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of Commercial Excellence initiatives across the organization.
• Conduct research, develop business cases, and support the design of new operating models, processes, and tools.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations and updates for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor initiative progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance team effectiveness and operational performance.
• Partner with the Sr. Director to support strategic planning cycles and initiative prioritization.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or program management roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate across levels and functions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong bias for action.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in evolving environments.
• Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL  AR  AZ  FL  GA  IA  ID  IN  KS  KY  LA  ME  MO  MS  MT  ND  NE  NM  OH  OK  PA  SC  SD  TN  UT  VT  WI  WV  WY 
$136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO  HI  MI  MN  NC  NH  NV  OR  RI 
$142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK  CA  CT  DC  DE  IL  MA  MD  NJ  NY  TX  VA  WA
