What You’ll Do

Performs concurrent and retrospective chart review for Medicare patients to ensure medical record accurately reflects the patient’s level of service, severity of illness and risk of mortality. Works closely with physicians to clarify diagnoses and assist/educate with documentation questions as needed.

Schedule: Full-Time (NO weekends/ Holidays)

Requirements

Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.

If homebound, must reside in one of the following states: Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri or Oklahoma.

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, (Experience in an acute care setting such as ICU, Medical/Surgical, or Emergency Department preferred)
