Wind Turbine Technician for Senior Control Centre Operator (m/f/d)

<p>WHY YOU SHOULD WORK WITH US? </p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Sustainable impact: contribute to a greener future;</li> <li>Global Growth: Join an industry with growing global presence;</li> <li>Career Development: Benefit from a dynamic industry that fosters professional growth an skill development.</li> <li>Pioneering Spirit: Experience the satisfaction of being part of a pioneering movement towards a more sustainable energy;</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>YOUR RESPONSABILITIES</p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Work as a Senior Operator in the Global Control Centre under a shift schedule 24/7</li> <li>Assist Operators with pre-processing and solving of customer requests (phone, email) via ticketing system.</li> <li>Assist the Group Lead/Shift leader with training of new Operators and their integration into the Global Control Centre</li> <li>Fault monitoring and remote rectification as well as control of all assets where possible, based on SCADA access level.</li> <li>Respond quickly and effectively to any unplanned outages or requests to minimize any potential losses.</li> <li>Processing and solving of customer requests (phone, email) via ticketing system e.g., Schedule start/stop, curtailments, incidents, cases &amp; service request handling.</li> <li>Processing of customer as well service technician’s request in an international environment.</li> <li>Processing of minor Wind Turbine interactions (Start/Stop)</li> <li>Perform in real time via CWE the Curtailments/Energy trading requests.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>YOUR TEAM IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE:</p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>You will have the opportunity to build new relationships and work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise that contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>YOUR PROFILE</p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Completed mandatory training for the position, with minimum 1 years of experience as Operator or comparable background.</li> <li>Excellent IT skills particularly across the Microsoft Packages</li> <li>Strong report writing skills, events, and wider implications.</li> <li>Polite and service-oriented manners as well as good communication skills and a Team player oriented. </li> <li>Profound English skills (spoken and written) are a must, Spanish and French is a plus.</li> <li>Experience in the wind industry or renewables and a good understanding of Wind Turbine Safety Rules is most value.</li> <li>Willing to work in a 24/7 shift schedule.</li> <li>Degree or NVQ Level4 in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, Computer Sciences or another related with Energy is a plus for the desired profile</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>WHAT WE OFFER</p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Central location, near public transportation (metro Via Rápida-Viso);</li> <li>We also have free parking spot in the building (Edificio Porto Inova)  and an E-car Charging station available;</li> <li>You can lunch with us, we have a very prepared "Kitchen".
