Outside Pool Attendant - On Call - Mandalay Bay

THE JOB:   

As the Pool Attendant, you will set the stage for exceptional guest experiences with your welcoming smile and friendly service. By understanding the guests’ unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:   

• Welcome guests to the pool and the MGM Resorts family by providing exceptional service 

• Respond to and resolve guest complaints 

• Complete opening/closing duties while maintaining the appearance of the pool deck throughout the shift 

• Provide CPR or first aid if needed and follow emergency protocols 

• Participate in pool safety programs, training, and ensure overall guest safety 

• Perform other duties as assigned 

The IDEAL CANDIDATE:   

• High school diploma or equivalent  

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a resort setting 

• Pays attention to detail 

• Works varied shifts, possibly including weekends or holidays 

STARTING PAY RATE:

$13.00 per hour
