THE JOB:

Step into the heart of Bellagio’s most vibrant and captivating venue. As a Cook at The Mayfair Supper Club, you’ll contribute to an unforgettable dining experience by skillfully crafting dishes inspired by the golden eras of Las Vegas and New York. From sizzling steaks to delectable sushi and dynamic American fare, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, mastering techniques that ensure every plate is a masterpiece.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.7806

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Apply culinary techniques to prepare dishes that meet the restaurant's standards.
• Master the grill and sauté stations, showcasing expertise in hotline service.
• Restock and organize kitchen supplies and food items, maintaining efficient service flow.
• Properly label and date food products to uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with the preparation of base sauces, stocks, and soups, ensuring foundational excellence.
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership to execute service smoothly and effectively.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu and execute impeccable plate presentation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
