Captura Hall is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our operations team in Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidate will assist in receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials

• Pick and fill orders from stock

• Pack and ship orders accurately and on time

• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas

• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed

• Perform routine inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and regulations

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Proven working experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs

• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse management systems

• Forklift certification is a plus but not required
