As a Global Transfer Pricing Analyst you will manage transfer pricing for various businesses and subsidiaries worldwide. The role will also support the Global Transfer Pricing Team in identifying process improvements and participate in projects aimed at enhancing efficiencies and effectiveness. This position calls for a proactive individual dedicated to optimizing transfer pricing practices across regions. 

Responsibilities 

• Calculate / set transfer prices for the transfers for all the regions in compliance with the DuPont Transfer Price policy & guidelines. 
• Ensure proper Distributions Agreements are in place for all Legal Entities. 
• Monitor the reselling LE LPTE as per DuPont Transfer Price policy & guidelines. 
• Maintain the Transfer Price systems. 
• Perform SAP month-end activities. 
• Run monthly TPE closing process. 
• Run monthly reports in TPE. 
• Support Tax organization in all regions with transfer price documentation, particularly during tax audits. 
• Provide input and support to the Global TP Team searching for improvements to the process. 
• Participate in special projects (SAP implementation, supply chain optimization, business integration/separation, etc.) 

Education & Experience 

Required: 

• SAP Knowledge FI-CO 
• University Degree (Finance, Business or Accounting). 
• Business proficiency in English 
• Sound knowledge of basic tax principles 
• Microsoft Office Knowledge (excel is a must) 
• Strong analytical and results-oriented skills 
• Proactive and independent decision-maker skills 
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and networking abilities 
• Dedicated to active learning and continuous improvement.

Preferred: 

• Material Ledger and Standard Costing 
• Green belt certification 
• Power BI and Alteryx
