What You’ll Do

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education.
• Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.

What You Bring

• Active (or in-progress) state PT license.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• A team-first mindset and commitment to patient-centered care.
