Job Title: Barista - Gresik

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and beverage options according to established recipes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming patrons, taking orders, and processing payments.
• Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace and seating area at all times.
• Manage bar inventory by tracking stock levels and replenishing ingredients as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and basic latte art.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
