Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Inspect and identify incoming materials on the line to ensure no unwanted items are being inputted into the baler 

• Separate products according to recycling and company standards 

• Operate the baler safely and abide by FCC policies 

• Clean the baler after each set of materials to ensure no excess material is contaminating other bales 

• Monitor the production of the bales to ensure the baler is operating correctly 

• Notify proper personnel immediately when the baler is malfunctioning 

• Perform other duties as assigned 

Experience and Competencies: 

• 1-3 years of prior baling experience is preferred 

• Basic understanding of recycling standards is a plus 

• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills 

• Ability to multi-task is a must
