THE JOB:

As a Baker at Park MGM's Eataly, you’ll whip up delightful creations that tantalize the taste buds while following recipes and yield guides to perfection! Your passion for baking will shine through not only in your delicious treats but also in the warm smile and exceptional service you provide to our guests. 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist in decorating cakes and pastries

• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of

• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation

• Set-up and break down workstation

• Regularly run for food and restock all kitchen supplies and food items required for service

• Communicate, direct and assist management, chef and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and employees

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ years of prior relevant baking experience

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 2+ years of experience working in customer service role in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant environment preferred
