Position - Contract - Remote -Then they will be required to travel onsite as required, approximately once per quarter for a minimum of 4 days, possibly the full week per visit at Columbia, South Carolina
Required Skills

• Experience working as a Financial Business Analyst in more than one Child Support Systems
• Experience working with financial operations (such as receipts, distribution, disbursements, recoupment, and/or reconciliation) in more than one Child Support System
• Experience in system designing and developing processes for complex workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager
• Experience with SQL query skills to extract, validate and interpret data for decision making  
• Experience with SharePoint

Specific Skills:

• Financial business analysis
• Child Support Systems (multi-state experience mandatory)
• Financial process redesign
• Complex workflow/system design
• Requirements gathering
• SQL (preferred)
• TFS / Test Manager (preferred)
• SharePoint (preferred)
