Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering, with significant exposure to lean manufacturing.
• Proven track record of process improvement and implementation of lean manufacturing techniques.
• Strong interest in disrupting traditional construction methods through advanced manufacturing practices.
• Willingness to travel extensively to construction sites and factory locations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and drive change.
