Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist (US West Coast Remote)

Anomali’s approach enables detection at every point along the kill chain, making it possible to mitigate threats before any material damage to your organization has occurred. Job Description:As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be a key contributor to small globally disbursed recruiting team that has enabled the company to rapidly scale. You will work closely with leaders globally. This is a full cycle recruiting role; you will source candidates and then manage job requisitions through offer acceptance.    Responsibilities:o Source active and passive highly skilled professional candidates through research, advanced search tools, networking, and employee referralso Drive the interview process in a compliant manner, including job descriptions, interviews, feedback, reference checks, and closing of candidateso Partner with hiring managers for candidate calibrations and weekly status meetingso Ensure candidates have a great experience throughout the recruiting processo Support documentation both throughout the interview process and for internal TA processes and reportingo Innovate on current sourcing strategieso Manage and organize initial trainingo Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needso Undertake additional HR duties, as requestedo Fast paced multitasking is a MUST.  QualificationsRequired Skills/Experience: o A minimum of 5+ years as a full cycle Recruiter working with highly skilled professional candidateso Significant experience in technology/IT recruiting is required. Cyber security recruiting, SaaS start up experience, and global recruitment is highly preferredo Excellent work ethic, strong sense of urgency and attention to detailo Top-notch customer service skills are a musto Self-directed and able to work independentlyo Experience with OFCCP compliance is highly preferredo BA/BSc is highly desiredo Ability to work in an open, transparent and collaborative environment that moves very quickly and dynamicallyo Location in US - Pacific or Mountain time zone to support Pacific Time zone work schedule and flexibility to support global managers.
