Principal Financial Analyst – OCI CapEx & Server Capacity
As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control. Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget. Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Prepares recommendations based on analyzes. May perform revenue and expense analysis, headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, tracking of product and product line revenue, reconciliation of accounts receivable, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed. You may participate in cross-functional programs and projects.
Main Responsibilities:
This role will partner with OCI capacity teams to optimize timing and magnitude of capital investments across various workloads. Analyze supply-demand match and mitigation plans for capacity gaps, as well as what-if scenarios to support decision-making
- Identify, Track and Report on cross-functional cost efficiencies including resource optimization, engineering optimization, fleet lifecycle management, and global capacity planning.
- Own financial results associated with month end close, forecasting, planning & financial reviews with business partners
- Collaborate and influence across multiple organization through effective partnerships
Preferred skills & experience
- Bachelor degree with 8+ years finance experience. MBA Preferred.
- Excellent understanding of cloud and infrastructure. Experience supporting engineering preferred.
- Experience in supply chain and/or inventory management in cloud infrastructure related field a plus
- Takes initiative to achieve valuable results and ability to track the progress of multiple inquires and tasks effectively.
- Result oriented. Ability to translate ideas into operational steps and follow through to closure.
- Excellent analytic skills, attention to detail. Ability to turn data into Insights.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
