About TodayTix Group:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Part Time Ticketing Operations Associate to join our Powered by TodayTix team and play a key role in supporting our partners in a digital and in-person box office capacity. Your work will directly impact seamless ticketing operations and audience experience, ensuring efficient event setup, inventory management, and on-site ticketing support.

Please note: This is a part-time, fixed-term contract running from September 22 through November 25, 2025, with a likely extension through December 23. Qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York City area and available to work nights and weekends. The role requires up to 20 hours per week, spread across up to 5 days, including both in-office collaboration and showtime coverage at the venue.
The salary for this role is $24 per hour.

What Success Looks Like:
- Accurate & Efficient Ticketing Operations: Ensuring flawless event builds in Tixly with correct pricing, allocations, and availability.
- Inventory & Reporting Accuracy: Supporting real-time adjustments and maintaining detailed wrap reports for performance insights.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting ticketing issues and providing first-line support
- Seamless Audience Experience: Partnering with Front of House teams to ensure smooth check-ins and seating operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with event setup and maintenance in our primary ticketing system.
- Support daily inventory adjustments, including allocation releases and rush /l lottery ticket bookings.
- Assist in pulling and analyzing daily sales reports.
- Resolve ticketing issues, escalating as needed to PxT management.
- Welcoming and scanning customers at the venue.
- Document and update ticketing SOPs, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Work in person at the box office during performances to provide ticketing support.
We’re Looking for Someone With:
- Prior experience in supporting sales or ticketing operations for ticketed events using a CRM / primary ticketing system (e.g., Tixly, Tessitura, or AudienceView)
- An understanding of the ticketing life cycle of a live event.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
