Heavy Equipment Warranty Administrator

NED, LLC. is a large heavy equipment dealership with over 30 years of industry experience in equipment sales, rentals, and customer support. Through mergers and acquisitions, NED, LLC. has grown through multiple acquisitions of independent heavy equipment dealerships, including Four Seasons Equipment, MAY-RHI, Earthmovers Construction Equipment, Richardson Service 1991, Inc., Grove River Machinery, and L & N Supply Company Inc. Today the company is re-branded under one unified name, NED – National Equipment Dealers.

Work Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm
Pay: $40,000 to $42,000/ annually
401K: Employer match up to 5%

Qualifications
• Ability to work within close proximity with others
• MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• 40+ WPM preference
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-pace environment

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This individual would be responsible for daily administrative roles, key to the daily operations of the branch, within the warranty department.
This position must place team collaboration and quality results at the forefront of their daily duties.
• Processing pre-delivery submissions
• Daily machine status follow-up
• Registering new machines for warranty
• Updating machine files
• Filing warranty claims
• Processing warranty credit memos
