Job Details

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Temporary Administrative Program Coordinator – Recruitment Events to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis from October 2025 through October 2026. This role plays a key part in the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of recruitment events such as career fairs, celebrations, interview days, social engagements, and other talent attraction initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, flexible, and service-minded, with strong organizational and communication skills. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires event logistics support, lead generation at events, and a passion for connecting people to purpose.

A caregiver in this position works days full-time 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 3 days/week minimum on-site at CCF Administrative Campus Beachwood location. *Please note that this is a temporary role from October 2025 – October 2026 (40 hours/week) with potential for early contract end, provided with a 60-day notice. Some travel (up to 100+ miles) and weekend or evening hours requirements.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:   

  • Coordinate and provide administrative support for recruitment events
  • Travel to and set up for events (includes physical labor/lifting of supplies)
  • Serve as on-site contact and engage with event attendees and leads
  • Assist with event execution, guest experience, and follow-up
  • Learn and support recruitment strategies and candidate engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality event experiences
  • Lead orientation and records management activities and ensures standards are maintained. 
  • Develop and update interdepartmental education programs. 
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings. 
  • Facilitate and attend meetings and records key outcomes. 
  • Identify key milestones and deadlines. 
  • Communicate project status and requirements to achieve results. 
  • Research, analyze and organize information for presentations. 
  • Assist department leadership with large or complex projects. 
  • Initiates or leads projects. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:   

  • Associate’s Degree and three years of administrative or project management experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and one year of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience 
  • Strong computer skills and experience with software applications 
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field 
  • Healthcare or related organization experience 
  • Experience developing healthcare, financial or education programs 
  • Comfortable with physical labor (e.g., lifting, event setup)
  • Ability to engage with event attendees and support lead generation
  • Experience with event planning, recruitment, or program coordination

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
  • In some locations, ability to move to 25 pounds
