Position Summary: 

Responsible for managing the daily operation of the Security Department 

Age Requirement: 21 

Job Description: 

·         Responsible for managing the daily operation of the Security Department   

·         Determines manpower requirements and schedules personnel to provide maximum security coverage with minimum labor costs.   

·         Maintains and keeps updated list of evicted guests.   

·         Administers training programs for assigned personnel that will ensure effective security of gaming and money handing experience.   

·         Counsels, guides and instructs personnel on the proper performance of their duties.   

·         Performs the function of hiring, training, and developing employee’s skills; reviewing employee’s performance and administering discipline.   

·         Responsible for the preparation and coordination of the annual budget, including the monitoring of facilities and expenses   

·         Cooperates with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies of mutual concern.   

Knowledge, Skills and Education: 

• High school diploma, College Degree preferred.
