We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Prologis Energy Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in Denver. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the finance process including performing analytics to guide business decisions and driving the forecast process. You will assist in establishing efficient process flows and work with management to build out and maintain key performance metrics reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Support & Data Management
- Assist in updating and maintaining the Global Energy Financial Model with key financial data and assumptions. Support the team in gathering financial inputs from various business units, including Energy Development, Accounting, and Asset Management.
- Support the forecast process by loading forecasts, maintaining systems to ensure accuracy in hierarchy trees, and coordinating with accounting to reconcile systems monthly.
- Assist in the business planning process and long-term forecasting.
- Reporting & Process Improvement
- Help prepare financial reports and variance analyses and other presentations for management, ensuring accuracy in data and insights.
- Build out and maintain G&A reporting for cost center owners.
- Assist in managing quarterly updates for business plans and earnings call materials.
- Help identify efficiencies in data collection and reporting processes.
- Facilitate various ad hoc reporting and analytics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or a related field.
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving and the ability to think critically and independently, even in situations with limited direction and ambiguity.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, providing a strong foundation for financial data interpretation and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel (financial modeling experience is a plus).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to FP&A software tools (Planful, Sigma).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling the effective communication of financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with an eagerness to grow in a corporate finance setting.
Hiring Salary Range of $83,000 - $114,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
