Intern: Performance & Training

EquipmentShare is Hiring a Performance & Training Intern.

EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Performance & Training Team at our Home Office in Columbia, Mo for the 2024 summer.

Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining training documents
• Managing survey responses
• Proofing training materials and slide decks
• Updating our DAM 
• Managing analytics
• Updating QR's and SOP's
• Event and training planning/preparation
• Managing swag items and inventory

About You

What You're Working With:

• Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s degree and have an interest in administrative duties and training. 
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets
• You are highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude  
• You have high attention to detail 
• You have excellent communication skills: written and oral
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
