Job Description

Position Overview:

The Senior Consultant, Employee Engagement, will play a critical role in designing, executing, and managing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture. This position will focus on leveraging employee feedback to inform strategies, supporting the implementation of engagement technology, and driving actionable improvements through surveys, action planning, and recognition programs. The role requires a proactive individual with a passion for building meaningful connections and driving organizational success through people-focused strategies.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

This role will partner with HR and other People functions to ensure that the right employee engagement initiatives are scoped and launched to drive a best-in-class culture.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with HR and leadership to develop and execute employee engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Lead the design, administration, and analysis of employee engagement surveys and pulse surveys.

• Translate survey insights into actionable plans, working with teams to implement improvements.

• Support the rollout and adoption of technology platforms that enhance the employee experience.

• Develop and maintain programs for employee rewards and recognition, ensuring alignment with company values.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on engagement trends and best practices.

• Monitor and report on engagement metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement.

• Conduct focus groups, interviews, and other feedback mechanisms to amplify the voice of employees.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engagement initiatives into broader people strategies.
