About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our Operations team. In this hourly, full-time role, you will play a key part in delivering consistently high-quality dishes to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment. This opportunity is perfect for someone with a passion for cooking and a commitment to excellence, looking to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced culinary setting.


What You'll Do

  • Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to standardized recipes and company guidelines.
  • Ensure all food is consistently prepared and presented according to quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist with inventory monitoring, rotating stock to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
  • Collaborate with team members in high-pressure situations to maintain a smooth cooking operation.
  • Respond to special requests or dietary needs from customers when necessary.
  • Participate in daily setup and breakdown of the kitchen as needed.
  • Stay updated on culinary techniques and trends to bring creativity and efficiency to your work.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to read and communicate effectively in the language.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation regulations, and kitchen best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff.
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Culinary training or certifications are a plus but not required.
