Job Description

Provide exceptional customer solutions support to both external and internal customers as a Customer Solutions Specialist at Chromalloy!

Job Duties:

• Own the customer relationship and satisfaction – constant drive to ensure all aspects of the customer relationship is managed to include being the “Voice of the Customer”.
• Engage external customers and account related issues and establish positive rapport with customers through routine communication cadence.
• Proficient in sales service support such as generating sales quotation and follow-up to closure, including, producing routine Customer Status Report, frequent communication.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when handling customer queries or complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limit; follow up with all stake holders to ensure resolution.
• Identify process and procedure improvements necessary to increase efficiencies and the customer experience.

INDCS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Associates Degree Preferred
• 2 years of experience in customer service or equivalent
• Gas Turbine experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the US
