(Senior) Manager Global Culture & Experiential Marketing (f/m/d)

The Jägermeister Culture & Experiential Marketing team is responsible for building brand relevance and bringing the brand values to life through the development and execution of innovative and authentic programmes that enable Best Nights through collaboration with creative communities worldwide. Support the role of Jägermeister to be(come) a trustet and active partner in global nightlife in our Global Culture & Experiential Marketing team in Wolfenbüttel on a fixed-term contract through July 31, 2027 as a 

 

(Senior) Manager Global Culture & Experiential Marketing (f/m/d)

 

Your key responsibilities: 

• Implementing international projects and driving the establishment of our Save the Night plattform, which campaigns for equality, safety and sustainability in nightlife
• With the help of events, artists and opinion leaders, building global and regional brand affinity while contributing to Jägermeister's global strategies
• Expand the network of artists, which we collaborate with, globally who wants to shape the future of nightlife
• Amplyfy organic content comming from our artist to strenghten our brand equity
• Collaborate with key strategic and functional partners and suppliers, maintaining positive and productive relationships and increase the exchange among each other
• Set-up the organizational roles & responsibilities within different projects and ensure high quality execution in the content & event production

 

Your qualifications & skills: 

• Several years of work experience in Marketing/Nighlife
• Experience in project management
• Very good communication skills, networker
• Enjoy interacting with colleagues and consumers; fit to Jägermeisters culture, brand and values
• Creative, confident manner, flexibility and customer/ consumer oriented
• Willingness to travel
• Passion for nightlife and night culture
• Proficient and fluent in English and preferably more languages
• Completed studies in Marketing or other related studies
