Your Mission

As our (Senior) Financial Controller, you’ll take ownership of external reporting and lead the development of our financial systems and tools to support our global expansion. You’ll be a key partner to function leads, the management team, our external accountant, and our global reporting team.

While you can work remotely in line with our company policy, you’ll have our Helsinki office as your base — with the opportunity to drop in weekly for in-person collaboration.

The salary band we have budgeted for this role is 4800 - 5700€.

What You'll Do

• Lead external reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and enhance financial systems and tools to scale with business growth.
• Collaborate closely with functional leads and management to provide timely, accurate financial insights.
• Partner with our external accountant and global reporting team to align processes and reporting standards.
• Drive improvements in controlling and reporting processes (both internal and external).
• Support system implementation projects, particularly Netsuite.
• Coach colleagues in financial processes and tools, fostering a culture of financial awareness across the company.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of relevant working experience in controlling and financial reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of financial processes, controlling, and reporting.
• Strong interest in developing controlling and reporting processes.
• Hands-on experience with Netsuite.
• Top-tier Excel skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and collaborate across functions and cultures.
