Job Description
The Senior Vice President, Client Management leads growth, retention, and strategic engagement across a complex portfolio of high-value client relationships, primarily Tier 1 Banking Institutions. This role is a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, driving business alignment between client priorities and Curinos’ data-driven solutions.
This position requires a seasoned, consultative leader who ensures coordination across client projects, leads account strategies, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver differentiated client value. Responsibilities include:
- Drives performance and satisfaction across a portfolio of complex, high-value clients with accountability for growth and retention
- Builds and deepens trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior client stakeholders
- Develops and leads annual strategic account plans, aligning client goals with Curinos’ growth and solution roadmaps
- Champions CRM and data analytics tools to provide pipeline visibility, support forecasting, and inform strategic decisions
- Applies deep product knowledge and market insights to articulate Curinos’ differentiated value and shape client conversations
- Leads complex contract renewals, pricing strategies, upsells, and commercial negotiations in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Independently resolves moderate-to-complex client issues, escalating critical risks appropriately while maintaining professionalism
- Partners across internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliver integrated solutions
- Mentors and coaches junior client management staff to strengthen team capability and succession planning
- Proactively identifies operational and process improvements that enhance client delivery and outcomes
- Owns and actively manages a multi-deal, dynamic pipeline with timely, accurate data and internal alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; advanced degree a plus
- 8+ years of experience in financial services or consulting with proven leadership in managing complex client relationships and sales strategies
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Track record of success in achieving significant revenue growth and retention targets
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, deal structuring, and financial impact discussions
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive influence skills, with boardroom experience
- Ability to mentor and develop talent while fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Salesforce, and CRM-driven pipeline management
- Ability to travel up to 50%
A compensation package for this role will include a competitive Base Salary of $200,000 - $220,000 annually paired with a lucrative commission structure that is designed to reward exceptional performance. The expected Total Compensation target is $300,000 and will depend on individual experience and performance in this role.
