Registered Nurse for Medical Group Home
13-week contract 
Location: Lutz, FL 
 Hourly Rate: $38

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract position within a medical group home setting. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with tracheostomy (trach) care and ventilator (vent) management. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing clinical assessments, administering treatments, and supporting the overall well-being of residents in a group home environment.

Your Role:
As a valued member of our NurseCore team, you’ll take on diverse assignments, providing top-quality care in various settings. Your dedication will help ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and healthcare policies.

        Responsibilities:

• Notifies the Registered Nurse or Clinical Director of any changes in client’s condition.
• Inserting and irrigating tubes and Foley catheters.
• Tracheostomy maintenance
• Ventilator maintenance
• Administering Medication
• Vital Checks
• Patient Rounds 
• Documenting
• Prepares equipment and materials for treatments
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:­

• Current LPN/LVN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the State of Florida
• AHCA Clearence 
• Current BLS in compliance with the American Heart Association/ Red Cross standards
• One-year of nursing experience
• Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
• Statement of Good Health/Physical withing the last 12 months 
• Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience
• Effective communication skills 
• Trach & Vent experience
