Now Hiring: Co-Manager – Villa Restaurant Group | Concord Mills

Villa Restaurant Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Co-Manager to join our team at Concord Mills! If you’re a natural leader with a background in restaurant operations and a love for guest service, we want to hear from you.

Location:
Concord Mills Mall – Charlotte, NC
(Restaurant concepts include: Villa Italian Kitchen, Greenleaf’s, South Philly Cheesesteaks, and Salsarita’s)

Compensation:
Starting at $60,000 annually (based on experience/ negotiable)

What You'll Do:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across multiple food concepts

• Lead and develop team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment

• Maintain high standards for food quality, guest service, and cleanliness

• Drive sales and manage costs to achieve financial goals

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience (fast casual or quick service preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A hands-on, team-first attitude

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
