Join our high performing team as a Program Manager II and play a pivotal role in driving organizational success through effective leadership development and coordination in the Manufacturing Sector across Kentucky. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivery of services, coordinating Third Party Contractors, designing, implementing, and coordinating leadership programs and initiatives to nurture talent, enhance leadership capabilities, and foster a culture of excellence within the organizations we serve.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement leadership development programs, workshops, and training sessions aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Coordinate leadership assessments, feedback processes, and coaching sessions to support the growth and development of emerging and existing leaders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify leadership development needs and opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate leadership workshops, seminars, and team-building activities to enhance leadership skills, communication, and collaboration.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs and initiatives, making recommendations to the Director for continuous improvement.
Assist the Leadership Platform Director as needed.
Coordinate and schedule Third Party Contractors to deliver leadership services.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership or related field.
Proven experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development roles.
Strong understanding of leadership theories, models, and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
Certification in leadership development, coaching, or talent management (e.g. CPLP, SHRM-SCP, ICF, John Maxwell Team).
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with assessment tools, such as 360-degree feedback, DISC, or Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Knowledge of current trends and innovations in leadership development and organizational effectiveness.

This is a grant funded position with funding through 12/31/27. Continued employment is contingent upon continued funding.
Target Compensation Maximum:
$100,553.00Target Compensation Minimum:
$67,035.00Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
