What You Will Do

• Test, inspect, and troubleshoot moderately complex prototype electrical assemblies to ensure compliance with workmanship standards.

• Interpret drawings, schematics, 3D models, written notes, and specifications using moderate experience.

• Adapt methods and procedures to analyze hardware performance and support design improvements.

• Participate in electrical/mechanical drawing peer reviews and assess designs for producibility, maintainability, safety, and reliability.

• Document test and inspection discrepancies, communicate workmanship issues, and collaborate with customers and engineering teams.

• Perform other task related duties as required

 Qualifications You Must Have

• High school, secondary school, or equivalent

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in an engineering environment, testing and/ inspecting electrical assemblies in three (3) or more of the following areas:

  • cables or wire harnesses

  • breakout boxes

  • chassis

  • circuit card modifications

  • racked electronic equipment

• Experience reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
