Requirements to Start:

• Complete DSW (Direct Support Worker) Training – Free and fully supported

• Hold a valid CPR and First Aid Certification (we can help guide you through the process if you don't already have it)

• Be 18 or older

• Pass a background check

• Have a friend or family member enrolled (or eligible) in ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System)

Job Duties Include:

• Assisting with personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping

• Providing safe, compassionate support to a loved one in their home

• Staying connected with our care team for ongoing support and resources
