Responsible for overseeing both Table Games and Slot Operations on a designated shift in absence of Shift Manager. Supports Shift Manager in ensuring successful casino operations. Strong leader, creative initiator and meticulous executioner for driving continuous operational efficiencies, seamless operations, advances in service scores, and improved employee morale for gaming operations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Build consensus for and drive change and operational consistency.
- Help department transform from a reactive transaction to a proactive relationship driven operational structure.
- Leads this effort by constantly displaying model behavior and seizing opportunities to build relationships with customers directly; holds staff accountable for the same.
- Continuously develop and solicit from the team, new ideas to enhance the customer experience
- Support and maintain property courtesy guidelines with guests and employees.
- Ensures that the highest level of guest and employee service is maintained throughout the department.
- Handle customer disputes fairly and efficiently.
- Accurately manage game spreads, table limits, shift and break lists, and floor assignments, to reflect anticipated and current demand.
- Develop and mentor teams, establishing clear expectations and communicating goals, recognizing and rewarding performers while managing non-performers.
- Constantly manages the development process to raise the quality of staffing levels.
- Complete disciplinary and performance reviews accurately and on time.
- Proactively bridge barriers and build teamwork within the department, with other departments on property.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to facilitate positive change and enhance customer service.
- Ensure Shift Manager is informed and up to date on activities of the departments on an ongoing and consistent basis.
- Devise and execute projects with Shift Manager to address departmental shortfalls and garner project support across all employee levels and shifts.
- Provide solutions to accomplish more with less within set timeframes.
- Directly supervises Table Games and Slot Supervisors
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and internal controls for both Table Games and Slots.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling expenses to stay within budgetary guidelines on designated shift.
- Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
- Serves as a dynamic, positive leader, while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication.
- Acts as a role model and coach while developing employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.
- Ensures that team members clearly understand and are held accountable for their performance expectations.
- Provides appropriate recognition and rewards to individuals and groups when consistent superior performance is attained.
- Works as a change agent to improve and streamline department operations, through the continuous assessment of policies and procedures, work processes and program effectiveness and value.
- Demonstrates excellent facilitator skills in resolving conflicts between different points of view.
- Demonstrates leadership skills in determining a vision, aligns and inspires the team to achieve the vision.
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure total guest satisfaction and efficient operations in a safe, friendly, comfortable environment, by well-trained, motivated employees.
- Recommends and implements change to improve overall employee and guest satisfaction.
- Participates in the financial operating and capital planning processes and makes recommendations that achieve desired financial results.
- Establishes and endorses the business objectives, ethics and values of Caesars Entertainment Inc. in accordance with the Code of Commitment.

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Thorough knowledge of all casino games, operations, and casino management. <
