Preferred Qualifications:  

• Prior restaurant serving experience.  

• Basic English language communications required.  

• Excellent customer service skills.  

• Basic computer skills.  

• Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.  

• Thorough knowledge of food terminology, food service techniques, and sanitation standards; and thorough knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages.  

• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend and lift trays weighing up to 45+ pounds repetitively during entire shift.  

 

Responsibilities:  

• Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival. 

• Take beverage and light snack orders, offering suggestions and upselling when appropriate. 

• Serve beverages and snacks efficiently and courteously. 

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the beverage menu, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks. 

• Records all aspects of guests’ order accurately and enters guest orders into POS.  

• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible beverage service practices. 

• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and other servers to ensure smooth and efficient service. 

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and lounge area. 

• Other duties as assigned.
