Relativity is looking for a Financial Systems Administrator with experience in billing, revenue, and financial systems to join our Business Systems and Applications team. The Financial Systems Administrator works under direction of other senior team members and managers and performs the work under their guidance. As a Financial Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and enhancements of the financial systems applications across Relativity. The Financial Systems Administrator monitors financial systems applications across Relativity for any support and maintenance type of activities and works with the discipline team to perform the work defined by senior team members to enhance the systems that move business objectives forward. You will participate in troubleshooting of user reported issues, as well as ideation sessions with our business stakeholders to discover current platform pain points, opportunities of process and systems optimization, and required solution capabilities to enable and achieve business objectives. You will champion data governance and complete technical debt projects. The ideal candidate is curious, detail oriented, and thrives on being collaborative while solving hard problems. This position reports to the Director, Global IT COE

Your Role in Action

  • Supports Financial systems application initiatives with an emphasis on billing, revenue, and accounting applications
  • Monitor, support and maintain steady state of financial systems across Relativity.
  • Primary person to work with business users in troubleshooting and resolving their issues.
  • Escalate advanced/highly complex user issues to other senior team members and collaborate to provide updates to the business users.
  • Works with Developers, Admins, and IT Business Service Managers to deliver scalable business solutions to internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in key projects discussions to learn about business alignment, needs, and system requirements.
  • Attend design workshops, research, & decision-making exercise, and participate in testing solutions.
  • Support data connections between various applications including but not limited to Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Intacct, and Ironclad.
  • Follows best practices setup by senior team members regarding system maintenance, monitoring, configuration, development, testing, change management, data integrity, etc. 
  • Ensures proper security models are in place and maintained for data access.
  • Thoroughly documents work for reference, troubleshooting, and future iteration.
  • Tracks work progress/status, identifies risks/constraints and shares/escalates issues as necessary.
  • Maintains certifications and continues to develop skills with each new release.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ years working with Zuora or other comparable billing, revenue, and accounting applications in a subscription management environment.
  • Good understanding of billing, accounting and revenue concepts.
  • Good understanding of business processes with an emphasis on financial systems management and process improvement 
  • Strong internal customer focus and service orientation with the ability to interact effectively with employees and vendors at all levels. 
  • Knowledge of data loading, manipulation and normalization.
  • 1+ years supporting an organization larger than 500 employees in a system administrator or analyst capacity.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in billing and revenue systems administration
  • Salesforce CPQ
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience with enterprise orgs with 500+ users 
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

Compensation:

  • Compensation Relativity is committed to competitive, fair and equitable compensation practices. 
  • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 139 000 and 188 000 PLN gross/year (Employment Contract). The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
