Your Career

We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Cost Analyst to join our dynamic Supply Base Management (SBM) team. This role will focus on utilizing data analytics to support strategic decision-making, contribute to enhancing supplier performance, and assist with AI-driven automation initiatives across the supply chain. The ideal candidate will possess strong foundational analytical skills, a developing proficiency in data visualization tools, and a passion for learning and contributing to data-centric, cross-functional projects under the guidance of senior team members.

Your Impact

• Assist in analyzing supplier spend, performance, and risk metrics to support supply base strategies and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Participate in and support cross-functional projects focused on AI integration, supply chain optimization, and automation opportunities.

• Assist in developing and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau, Pigment, Google Sheets, and Excel to provide actionable insights to stakeholders, with guidance.

• Utilize SAP for data extraction, supplier management, and spend analysis as directed.

• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.

• Support the design and running of predictive models and what-if scenarios to assess supply chain risks and opportunities.

• Learn to utilize and support the application of AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT to streamline reporting, forecasting, and communication processes.

• Contribute to ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems and processes.

• Provide ad hoc analyses and contribute to presentations for team leadership and stakeholders to support strategic supply chain initiatives.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending potential enhancements using data insights.

Qualifications

Your Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field; or an advanced degree without prior professional experience.

• 0-2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or an advanced degree without experience.

• Familiarity with SAP is a plus. Developing proficiency in Tableau, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel (including functions like pivot tables and basic formulas).

• Exposure to or a strong interest in learning AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT for automation and process improvements.

• Foundational understanding of supply chain processes, supplier management, and procurement analytics.

• Experience working with datasets; interest in learning data mining and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development.
