Snack Shack Food Supervisor

Snack Shack Food Supervisor will contribute to the mission, vision and values of the Buffalo JCC by providing on-site leadership to the concession stand and creating a high-quality customer service experience for patrons with standards of excellence. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Complete understanding of the Snack Shack Operations Manual
2. Provide coverage for the snack shack
3. Assume responsibility for coverage when staff are unable to work their shifts which may include working
4. Manage proper storage, inventory and preparation of food concessions
5. Assist in training and supervising food service staff ensuring all employees comply with health and food safety standards.
6. Maintain a high level of applicable professional knowledge, including market analysis, current trends and best practices.
7. Communicate and cooperate with colleagues, members, and lay leaders as part of the operation team, including attending and facilitating concession staff meetings as needed.
8. Adhere to all JCC and departmental practices
9. Complete all additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
