Position Summary:

Swift Services is seeking an experienced and licensed Plumbing Manager to lead our team of skilled plumbers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing operations, a proven track record in management, and a valid South Carolina plumbing license. This role is essential in overseeing daily operations, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of plumbers and technicians to achieve high performance.

•Oversee scheduling, job assignments, and resource allocation for efficient operations.

•Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.

•Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance skills and foster professional development.

•Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues as needed.

•Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

•Manage budgets, costs, and project timelines, ensuring financial and operational goals are achieved.

•Enforce and maintain safety standards on job sites and in the workplace.

•Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients to support business success.

Requirements:

•Must hold a valid South Carolina plumbing license.

•Minimum of 3 years of management experience in plumbing or a related field.

•Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, equipment, and safety protocols.

•Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

•Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and budgets effectively.

•Proficiency in plumbing-related software and tools (preferred).

•A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits:

•Annual salary range: $80,000 to $100,000, based on experience.

•Manager bonus potential based on performance metrics.

•401(k) plan with employer matching:

•100% match on the first 3% of salary contributed.

•50% match on the next 2% of salary contributed.

•Both traditional and Roth options available. Employees are eligible after one year of service.
