Production Supervisor

USI/ Asteelflash is activity looking for a talented Production Supervisor to join our leadership team here in Milpitas, CA.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that production on the Box Build assembly lines meets agreed customer delivery requirements while adhering to the requires quality standards. They will focus on frontline operations, driving efficiency and ensuring the consistent application of all policies, rules, and SOPs to support seamless and high-quality production outcomes. 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Direct and train new employees to follow Box Build requirement.
• Creating and managing team follow daily workflow schedule.
• Evaluating employee’s performance and providing feedback.
• Direct and coordinate the utilization of manpower and equipment
• Organize and direct staff and plan and progress all day-to-day production activities to meet current customer requirements and resolve any production schedule issues.
• Monitor work area to ensure productivity, quality, process, and safety standards are being followed.
• Track and report on production, ship schedules, work-in process, labor and product movement.
• Liaise with other departments and customers to recommend changes that will increase production efficiencies, reduce cost, and increase profitability.
• Conduct data analysis, reviews production reports, and prepares manufacturing metrics report.
• Maintain the data integrity in the manufacturing metrics database.
• Resolve day-to-day issues, including terminations, counseling, suspensions, timecard approval, manpower training, and conflict resolution.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High school diploma of level of knowledge that would be normally obtained of a HS degree
• 5-8 years' experience in a manufacturing environment as a production supervisor

This position will be 100% onsite. The expected based salary range for this position, if filled in California, is $80,000-$100,000 annually, dependent on specific skills and work experience. Apply now!
