About the opportunity
Join our Xplor Pay vertical as a Vendor Analyst to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.
Reporting into SVP – Strategic Partnerships / Third Party, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing monthly vendor expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and developing performance dashboards using Power BI. This role will work closely with finance, procurement, and vendor management teams to ensure accuracy, transparency, and data-driven decision-making. Some of the other responsibilities include:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze monthly vendor expenses, identify trends, and prepare performance reports.
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for vendor spend and performance insights.
- Vendor Performance Management: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support vendor performance reviews.
- Expense Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend expense reduction strategies.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and compliance monitoring.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with finance, procurement, and vendor management teams to align reporting with business needs.
- Automation & Improvement: Identify opportunities for reporting process automation and continuous enhancement.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide data support for vendor-related projects and inquiries.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

- The average base salary pay range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000
- May be considered for a discretionary annual bonus
Location: You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.

Required qualifications for this role:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field, preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years in data analysis, financial analysis, or vendor management with large datasets and expense tracking.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems and data automation tools.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, perform cost analysis, and assess vendor performance.
- Communication: Strong collaboration, report preparation, and presentation skills.
