We’re looking for a dependable, skilled, and team-oriented Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. What You’ll Do:

• Prepare ingredients for service including chopping vegetables, butchering meats, and making sauces.
• Set up and stock cooking stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Cook menu items to Chicken N Pickle standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and speed.
• Work side-by-side with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth, efficient service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times, including proper food storage and station cleanliness.
• Handle all opening and closing kitchen duties as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, take out trash and recycling, and help maintain a safe and organized kitchen environment.
• Stock and rotate inventory properly in assigned locations.
• Participate in ongoing training, cross-training, and skills development.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and professional environment with teammates and guests.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven kitchen experience preferred (line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook).
• Solid understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen tools, and food preparation techniques.
• Ability to work with accuracy, speed, and focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable, responsible, punctual, and a team player with strong communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
