About Team: Tech Bridge Platform Development

The Tech Bridge team’s goal is to unlock synergies to many complex systems for corporate associates. The idea is unlock productivity and efficiency for users that historically have been neglected. We want to revamp the simple things such as new hire onboarding for our corporate office, ordering software and hardware that will take advantage of new technologies to improve processes from days to minutes.

We’re looking for a creative and technically sharp Vibe Coder to push for an AI-first development team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with AI tools to turn ideas into working software by crafting effective prompts, refining AI-generated code, and delivering engaging digital experiences. You’ll work at the intersection of human creativity and machine intelligence, helping shape the future of software development.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will set the tone of engineering-excellence and drive processes and standards within the team. You will lead the design of complex software changes and take on the development of exciting new features. In addition, you will partner with your senior and junior teammates throughout the software development lifecycle to cultivate a reciprocal learning environment from development to debugging and operational excellence.

This role is NOT remote. This role is based out of Bentonville, AR. Relocation is mandatory if selected for this role.

What you'll do...

AI-first Development:

• Translate product requirements into natural language prompts for LLMs.
• Use tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Replit AI to generate and refine code.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for functionality, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to build intuitive, user-friendly applications.
• Debug and iterate on code through prompt refinement or manual edits.
• Document development workflows and AI behavior patterns.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and best practices in LLM-driven development.

· Analyze Requirements: Explore products/solutions to meet business/technical needs and assess gaps between expectations and existing solutions.
· Classify Requirements: Categorize requirements into applicable types (e.g., Functional/Non-Functional) and anticipate solution risks/issues.
· Design Solutions: Assist in designing solutions for specific components, evaluate trade-offs, and convert High-Level Design (HLD) into detailed design.
· Code Development: Select appropriate coding frameworks, guide the team on coding standards, and create/configure/implement code to meet requirements.
· Testing Implementation: Translate customer requirements into test strategies, determine testing tools, and ensure test cases cover all scenarios.
· Program Monitoring: Monitor project progress against milestones, provide inputs on project plans, and ensure adherence to the CI/CD process.
· Defect Management: Track and analyze defects, conduct regression testing, and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
· DevOps Maintenance: Perform complex maintenance procedures, monitor application performance, and evaluate change requests.
· Leadership & Development: Drive execution of business plans, provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.

What you will bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
· Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).
· Strong understanding of prompt engineering and natural language interfaces.
· Proven experience (8+ years) as a Software Engineer, preferably with a focus on Java & Javascript based systems including React, React Native,
