In the kitchen, this is what we do...

Work Safely as we serve as many people as possible great tasting food fast and friendly.
Greet every guest with an enthusiastic welcome as they enter the café
Take orders from customers at counter.
Prepare order and check that it is accurate before serving to a customer.
Operate the equipment required for preparing food and ensure that is working properly.
Maintain food safety and standards in food preparation and personal hygiene.
Enter customer orders and compute bill using cash registers.
Accept payment from customers, and make change as necessary.
Keep items needed at drink-dispensing and condiment area filled.
Clean and organize dining and kitchen areas.
Notify management of food or beverage shortages.

Physical Demands:

Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling up to 25lbs (+-20%) of the time
Frequent standing/walking/climbing (+-95%)of the time
Frequent reaching/handling/feeling (+-75%) of the time
Frequent use of finger dexterity (+75%) of the time.

Education:

High School Education or GED preferred.

 Experience:

Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred.  Must be professional, polite, and reliable.
