Porter for Luxury Residential Building (Part-Time)

Adamas Building Services is now hiring a Handy Porter.

We are looking for someone well organized, who can complete work orders, and keep the building clean and detailed inside and outside. We are searching for a team player who also has no issues getting things done on their own.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7am-4pm

Pay Rate: $15/hr.

Requirements

• Assist with cleaning responsibilities.
• Weekly cleaning trash removal and recycling.
• Window Cleaning .
• Weekly cleaning to common areas.
• Trash and recycle removal from on schedule trash days.
